Looking into job descriptions (JD) for current opened positions…

It’s just crazy and deceiving… Looks like hiring managers has no clue what DevOps supposed to do. Everyone know or, at least, can imagine the role of a software development, QA, Help Desk, Project Manager or Business Analyst. But reading the DevOps JDs we can see a big collection of different IT roles in one bottle like: software developer, system engineer, sysadmin, networking engineer , database admin, database developer/architect, security admin, network security engineering, Azure/Google/AWS cloud engineering, Web Developer etc. etc. Common guys – get real! Calm down, look around and ask yourself – what are you really want ???
